Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your usage tops up to the new plan. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Usage is how we measure what you run inside Play. Chat, co-workers, tasks, research, and integrations all draw from your monthly allowance. Third-party integrations are free. Each plan comes with a set monthly amount.
Tasks pause. Apps that rely on integrations or AI co-workers pause. Everything else keeps working. You can top up anytime, or wait for your next billing cycle.
Monthly usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. Top-ups you purchase never expire while your plan is active.
Individual plans are per-builder with personal usage. Team plans are per-member with shared usage, shared data, and multiplayer building. Teams need a minimum of 3 members.
Yes. Your data carries over and we prorate the difference.
Legend members can gift one Pro seat to a teammate. The gifted teammate knows it's a gift, and the seat can't be reassigned once given. Available from May 2026.
Invite anyone to use one of your apps for free. They get 30 days of access to that specific app.
Top up from your balance. 1,000 rows = 1 usage/mo. 50 knowledge pages = 1 usage/mo. 1 GB media storage = 2 usage/mo.
Annual saves 20 to 25%. Annual plans are locked for the full year and can't switch to monthly mid-term. No mid-cycle refunds. Pick annual when you're confident, monthly when you're still evaluating.
Yes. On Team plans, admins can set a monthly usage cap per member.
Yes. Admins can upgrade individual Team members to Pro or Legend for extra personal usage and Legend benefits like a gift seat. The rest of the team stays on the Team plan.
